Collaborating closely with external marketing and design agencies, we meticulously evaluated c2c's brand identity, refining elements such as the logo, colour palette, and typography to ensure they resonated consistently with our target audience.

In parallel, I developed multiple marketing campaigns promoting seaside trips, emphasising the convenience and scenic beauty of c2c's coastal routes. 

Additionally, I oversaw CRM and the creation of safety posters and timetable assets to keep passengers informed about important updates along the train line.

 

These collective efforts have significantly enhanced c2c rail's brand perception and improved the overall passenger experience.
